Recipe Vegetable Beef Soup



2 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1/2 head cabbage, rough chopped
2 sweet onions, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
2 cans cut green beans
2 cans white corn, 1 drained
4 cups frozen okra
1 large can diced tomatoes
3 cups frozen sweet peas
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon A1 Sauce
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste


Brown ground chuck with olive oil in oven. Add onions, stir until onions are mostly clear. Add the other vegetables one type at a time stirring well . add seasoning, spices, worcestershire and A1 Sauces. Stir. Bring to a boil well then reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for a minimum of two hours. Keep a watch Almost to make sure it doesn’t boil dry. Add water as necessary. Stir occasionally until done. Serve with cornbread or other sides
