Sweets Biscuits



2 tbsp coffee powder, more soluble
150 grams of flour
100 g butter soft
5 tbsp water, warm
30 g almond (s) ground
30 g hazelnuts ground
50 grams of sugar
1 pinch (s) of salt
1 can of cake icing
Brittle, chocolate sprinkles, chocolate chips


Dissolve the coffee in the water
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, almonds and nuts.
Add the butter and coffee and stir with your dough hook, then knead by hand

Roll small balls and place on a greased baking sheet and press flat with a fork
Bake at 180° -for about 10-13 minutes on the middle rack, then allow to cool

Melt the glaze and either half-dip the cookies or brush the glaze or sprinkle strips on top

You can now spread brittle, chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings on the still warm glaze
