Ingredients :

1 lb ground beef
tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper
1 cup grape tomatoes – being cut in half
½ cup frozen corn
¼ yellow onion – chopped
½ cup canned pinto beans – drained and rinsed
½ cup sliced black olives
4 green onions – chopped
2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, or any other type of cheese you want
5.5 oz tortilla chips

Method :

Preheat the oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet, spread parchment paper, and set it aside.

Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and the ground beef to a frying pan set over medium-high heat. Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder are all stirred in. Cook the meat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink. Before adding grease to the nachos, drain any excess.

Tortilla chips should be spread out on the baking sheet.

Toppings to be added include olives, corn, black beans, pinto beans, green onions, grape tomatoes, yellow onions, and ground beef.

After adding cheese, cover everything with it, and place it in the oven. Bake the cheese for 12 to 15 minutes, or until completely melted.

Before serving, remove from oven and allow cool for five minutes.

Tips :

After being removed from the oven, the baking sheet will be warm. While you’re distributing the nachos, make sure to let everyone know.
