Recipe for a very tasty salad for the holiday table

Ingredients :

150 gr – Potatoes
Redfish – 200 gr + 20 gr for decoration
Green onions – 20-30 gr (to taste)
3 pieces – Egg
150 gr – Cheese
100 gr – Carrots
Mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste

Method :

I boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs in advance. I cook and clean all the products. I’m preparing a layered salad, so I place a ring on the plate to give it a round shape

I grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place them in the first layer. Add mayonnaise and salt to taste

In the second layer, I put the redfish into small cubes. I have trout and I salt it myself. The fish comes out delicious and mildly salty!

The third layer is finely chopped green onion. I’ll add 20-30 grams, but if you wish, put less or more

Fourth layer. I grate the eggs, mix them with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, and spread them on green onions

Cheese, you will need 150 grams in total, I grate it on a coarse grater. I spread 100 grams of grated cheese in a fifth layer on the eggs grease them with mayonnaise, and set 50 grams aside for now

The sixth layer is grated carrots and mayonnaise

Sprinkle the top of the salad with the remaining 50 grams of cheese and decorate with pieces of fish and herbs
