Simply and Easily -Texas Cowboy Stew

Whole kernel corn in two (15.2 ounces) cans with liquid

2 (15 ounces) cans of pinto beans, with liquid

a single (14.5 ounce) can of chopped tomatoes and green chile peppers with liquid

1 (10-ounce) package of frozen mixed vegetables

4 cups of water

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

2 teaspoons chili powder

Method :

Get a large skillet and place it over medium-high heat while adding the oil. Crumble the meat over this and place it there.

When there is no longer any pink flesh visible on the mixture, add the onion, garlic, and sausage and sauté everything together.

Before placing this in a large saucepan, drain the remaining fat and check to see that everything is cooked.
Combine the potatoes and tomatoes in the saucepan by adding them both. Then combine everything into a good, thick soup-like mixture by adding the corn, mixed vegetables, pinto beans, diced tomatoes with the chiles still in them, and water.

Get a large skillet and place it over medium-high heat while adding the oil. Crumble the meat over this and place it there.

Salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder should then be added to season this. Make certain the seasoning is flavorful.
This may be simmered on low heat for as long as you like. You can cook it all day long if you want it nice and thick! However, if you’re pushed for time, make sure you boil it for at least an hour.
