The savory avocado sauce in 15 minutes


This avocado sauce will be an excellent addition to both meat dishes and seafood. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to prepare! I’m sharing my favorite recipe


Ingredients :

1 soft avocado
2 cloves of garlic
juice of ½ lime
150 gr sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Method :

Cut the avocado into 2 parts

Remove the pit from the avocado and scoop out the pulp with a spoon

Cut the avocado pulp into small cubes

Place the avocado in a blender and immediately pour the lime juice over it. This is done specifically to prevent the fruit from darkening

Chop the garlic

Add garlic to the avocado. Salt and pepper

Grind everything until smooth

Gradually add sour cream until you achieve the desired sauce consistency
