First of all, prepare the custard, beat the eggs in a saucepan with a non-stick coating, and add sugar and starch, mixing well with a whisk. In the end, pour in the milk and beat it with a whisk so that there are no lumps. We send the saucepan to medium heat, stirring constantly, and cook until it thickens.
Leave the cream aside and stir from time to time.
