potato schnitzels in a pan- (My husband just loves this dish)



Potatoes – 3 pieces
Onions – 2 pieces
Cheese – 75 grams
Butter – a small piece
Salt and black pepper
Parsley – bunch
Flour – 4 tablespoons
Eggs – 2 pieces + a pinch of salt

How to cook:

Boil potatoes and let cool completely.
Chop the onion and saute in sunflower oil in a pan until fragrant.
In the finished onion, add butter and grated cheese on a fine grater. Cook over low heat until cheese and butter are melted.
Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Add salt, black pepper, and finely chopped parsley. We put the frying with onions and cheese, and mix everything. Add flour, and stir.
We form pies from the dough.
In a clean bowl, mix eggs with salt. Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
Roll the pies first in egg, then in breadcrumbs, And fry in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown.
