2.5 tbsp. flour
1 pack of margarine (200 g)
0.5 tbsp. sugar
0.5 tsp soda
2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
0.5 cups of not-very-liquid jam or marmalade
Stir flour with soda, grate margarine there and rub well into crumbs with your hands.
Beat the egg with sugar, add lemon juice and mayonnaise, and stir.
Add the egg mixture to the crumbs and knead the elastic dough, divide it into 2 almost identical pieces, and put a slightly smaller one in a film in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Roll out a larger piece thinly 0.3-0.4 mm on a baking sheet (I bake in any case on paper smeared with margarine.)
Lubricate with jam or jam.
Remove the second piece from the freezer and grate on a coarse grater, evenly distributed over the entire surface.
In a preheated oven at 200 C for 20 minutes (orient yourself – until golden brown).
We take out and cut arbitrarily.
Mayonnaise makes the dough very soft and crumbly. You can do it with sour cream.
