Ingredients :

700 gr – pork
400 gr – mixed vegetables (frozen)
2 pcs – onions small
3 – cloves garlic
3 – sprigs parsley
5 tbsp – l. soy sauce
2 tbsp – l. vegetable oil
mixture of peppers to taste
salt to taste

Method :

Cut the pork pulp into medium pieces and place in a high frying pan or roasting pan, like mine. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat, stirring, for about 20 minutes. You can cook from any meat, there will be different cooking times

During the cooking process, add a mixture of peppers (gives excellent taste and slight spiciness). The pork pieces should be slightly browned

Add onion, chopped into half rings, and finely chopped garlic into the meat. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring

Any frozen vegetable mixture to taste is suitable for cooking. I have a Caribbean blend consisting of green and red beans, green and green peas, carrots, corn, and sweet peppers. Pour frozen vegetables into the meat, add a little salt, add soy sauce and water (100 ml)

Stir, cover, and cook over low heat for another 20 minutes. The meat will be completely cooked in 40 minutes, and the vegetables will need no more than 20 minutes

Sprinkle the finished pork with vegetables with parsley, mix and immediately serve with your favorite side dish. The meat is juicy, and the soy sauce and garlic make the dish very aromatic and tasty
