Ingredients :

4 – chicken eggs
200 gr – sour cream
20 gr – semi-hard cheese
10 gr – butter
salt to taste

Method :

For cooking, I use a clay mold, which can be replaced with a small metal mold or oven-safe pan. Place sour cream on the bottom and add a little salt

Break the eggs into the sour cream and add a little more salt. You can leave the yolks whole, like I did, or simply pierce them with a knife to allow them to spread

Place small pieces of butter on top. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the eggs for about 15 minutes until they become thick

Then take out the mold and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese. This small amount of cheese will enhance the pleasant creamy taste. Cook for about 10 more minutes

Sprinkle the eggs in sour cream with herbs and serve immediately. The dish is tender, very aromatic, and tasty. The taste is wonderfully creamy. Fresh vegetables go great with this dish
