300gr – flour + 20 g flour for kneading dough
5 – gr of dry yeast
25 – gr of sugar
0.5 – teaspoon salt
40 – gr of melted butter
125 ml – warm milk
With my hands, I form a circle with a diameter of about 20-22 cm
Let’s start, of course, with the test. I add sugar and yeast to heat the milk, stir, and leave for a while so that the yeast begins to act.
Then add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour and knead the dough. Leave for 40-45 minutes for the dough to rise.
Then, with a sharp knife, I make cuts in the form of a “cage” and proceed to the preparation of fragrant dough, which will give our bread a piquant taste.
FOR PASTE :
2 tablespoons soft butter
3-4 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley (can be replaced with green onions)
0.5 teaspoon salt
I mix all the ingredients and grease the dough, making sure that the paste gets into all the pieces.
The cheese must be cut into thin grooves and put into the cuts we have already made. Now we send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
