How to Cook The Best Eggplant Caviar at Home

Ingredients :

2 pcs – Eggplants
2 pcs – Tomatoes
1 pc – Onions
1 pc – Carrots
2 pcs – Bell pepper
2 tbsp – Tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp – Sugar
100 ml – Vegetable oil
Salt, pepper – to taste

Method :

Prepare all the ingredients required according to the list

Peel and cut the eggplants into small cubes. Fry them in a frying pan with oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown

Finely chop the onions and add to the eggplants

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the frying pan

Finely chop the pepper and add to the pan. Fry the vegetables for 10 minutes

Meanwhile, finely chop the tomatoes and also put them in a frying pan

Add salt, and pepper to taste, tomato paste, and sugar

At the end, add the garlic squeezed through a press, mix, and keep on fire for another 2 minutes
