Eggplant – 2-3 pcs
Egg -1 pc
Vegetable oil -2 tbsp
Honey -1 tbsp
Soy sauce -1 tbsp

Cooking method :
I cut the eggplant into small sticks.
I take two plates. In one I mix one egg, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and seasoning for vegetables.
