I, as always, have available ingredients, cook for one or two, and the result is a delicious and fragrant cheese roll with chicken and mushrooms for both everyday and festive tables. This roll can be served as a hot dish or as a cold appetizer.

ingredients :

Cheesecake :

Chicken egg (CO) – 3 pcs
Sour cream 20% – 3 tablespoons
Cheese – 300 g
Fresh greens – 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Filling :

Minced chicken breast – 350 g
Champignons -180 g
Onion – 1 pc
Sour cream 20% – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil

COOKING METHOD :

In a deep bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, grated cheese, and chopped herbs. If required, add salt to taste.

We cover a baking sheet (size 26 cm x 38 cm) with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil.
We spread the cheese mass and level it into a thin layer.

Prepare in preheated broiler at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.

Let’s prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop the mushrooms and fry them with onions, cool.

We take a minced chicken breast and add fried mushrooms with onions, sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix everything well and spread on top of the still-hot cheesecake, evenly distribute.

We roll up the roll, cover with foil and send it back to the oven at 180 ° C, for 20-25 minutes.
