TOMATO SOUP WITH MEATBALLS AND CHICKPEAS
Minced beef – 400 gr
Chickpeas – 1 cup
Potatoes – 4 pcs
Carrots – 1 pc
Onion – 1 pc
Garlic – 4 cloves
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc
Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
Salt and spices – to taste
Boil chickpeas in salted water until tender. It’s best to soak it overnight.
Make meatballs from minced meat and add them to chickpeas
Make the usual frying
Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes and fry
Add finely cleaved ringer pepper and garlic with tomato glue
Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes (stirring so as not to burn)
Add roast to chickpeas and meatballs.
Add grated potatoes, salt, and pepper.
When the soup boils, simmer it over low heat for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs when serving
