A quick and delicious potato side dish


This potato side dish is quick to prepare and has a simply wonderful taste thanks to the fried greens. Just a few simple materials and some patience will do. Preparation and cooking will take no more than 25 minutes since I cut the potatoes into medium cubes and quickly boil them in water. It turns out to be a very aromatic and tasty side dish


Ingredients :

5 ps – potatoes (medium)
1 bunch of parsley
3 tbsp – l – vegetable oil
ground pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method :

The best type of potato for cooking is one that does not boil well. This way the potato cubes will remain as intact as possible after boiling. Peel the potatoes, cut them into 4 parts, and cut them into medium cubes

Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add water, and salt, and cook until tender. It will take 10-15 minutes, depending on the type of potato. After completion, put the potatoes in a colander

A few minutes before cooking the potatoes, finely chop the parsley and add it to the hot oil in a frying pan

Stirring, fry the parsley over medium heat for 1 minute. It will give off its flavor to the oil and fry slightly. An amazing aroma will appear

Add the prepared potatoes to the fried parsley, pepper and add a little salt

Gently mix the potatoes and the side dish is ready. This side dish goes great with both meat and fish. Fried parsley gives potatoes a wonderful taste
