Amazing Sweet open pie made from quick, tasty dough


This pie has a wonderful dough and a juicy, incredibly aromatic filling. This dough is kneaded in a matter of minutes. It bakes perfectly with any fillings, it turns out slightly crumbly, and porous with a wonderful taste. I use this dough to make baked goods with sweet and savory fillings. Ingredients :

250 gr – flour
100 gr – sour cream
50 gr – butter
1 – chicken egg
1 tsp – baking powder
1/2 tsp – salt

For filling :

600 gr – berries and fruits
70 gr – sugar
2 tbsp – l. cornstarch

Method :

Remove the butter, egg, and sour cream from the refrigerator in advance and leave on the table for 1 hour. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. For unsweetened pies and pies

Add sour cream and softened butter. Mix the egg in a mug, pour it into a bowl, but leave a little for greasing the dough before baking

Knead the dough first with a spoon, and then knead briefly with your hand. Once all the flour is gone, the dough is ready. After covering, refrigerate for 20 minutes

I prepare the filling from frozen berries (blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries) and plums. Approximately the same amount by weight. I defrost everything in advance. You can take any fresh or frozen berries and fruits

Add sugar and starch. With this amount of sugar, the filling will be sour; you can add more sugar

Mix everything well and the filling is ready. Frozen berries and plums release a lot of juice; starch will make it thick

For beauty, roll out ¼ of the dough not very thinly, and cut out any shapes I will have 6 hearts. We collect the rest of the dough into a common lump, and not very thinly roll it into a circle. Transfer the dough into a mold diameter of 24 cm, and distribute evenly, forming high sides

Spread the prepared aromatic filling

Place the hearts on top, brush the dough with the remaining egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes oven level 2 from the bottom
