for the dough:

milk 2 cups
flour 2 cups
sugar 1.5 cups
cocoa 6 tbsp
baking powder 4 tsp

for cream :

milk 2 cups
sugar 1 cup
flour 3 tbsp
egg 1 pc

for glaze :

cocoa 3 tbsp
sugar 6 tbsp
butter 50 gr
sour cream 3 tbsp

Method :

Mix the dry ingredients for the biscuit: flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder.

Pour the dry ingredients with warm milk and mix lightly.

Pour the dough into a mold and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes. Preparation is checked with a dry toothpick.

Preparing the cream: heat the milk. Beat the egg with sugar and flour, pour hot milk into the resulting mass, and bring to a boil with constant stirring until the desired consistency.

Cut the finished biscuit into three cakes.

Lubricate the cakes with warm cream.

Cooking chocolate icing: mix all the ingredients for the icing, put it on fire, and heat until the sugar and butter are completely dissolved.

We cover the cake with icing and let it soak overnight.
