A can of canned fish in oil – 1 pc
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs
Dill or green onion – 1 bunch
Salt – to taste
Hard cheese – to taste
Kefir – 1 stack.
Egg – 1 pc.
Flour – 1 stack.
Soda – 0.5 tsp
Butter or sunflower oil – for greasing
Mash the fish with a fork, add finely chopped eggs and herbs to it and mix well. Salt if you don’t have enough salt.
Now go to the test. Combine kefir with flour, then add egg, and soda and mix until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased pan, and spread the filling on top (leave at least a centimeter to the edge of the sides so that it does not fall out). Cover the pan with a lid and cook the cake over medium heat for about 25 minutes.
You can check the readiness of the dish by lifting the cake with a spatula: if the dough is well browned, the dish can be removed from the heat. A couple of minutes before cooking, sprinkle the pie with grated cheese, wait until it melts, and turn off the stove.
