Cooking Method

Whisk the whites with salt until firm foam and add sugar in parts, without ceasing to beat.

Add starch and mix with a spatula, baking powder, and sifted flour. Add vinegar and stir.

Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, then add egg yolks and continue beating until fluffy.

Pour the sifted flour and mix with a spatula, pour in the baking powder and cocoa, and mix.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the white and dark dough with a spoon, alternating masses.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, check the readiness.

Cool the cake and cut it into 3 parts – each – into 2 cakes.

Beat cottage cheese with a blender and mix with yolks and sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter, and beat the mass until smooth.

Heat over low heat until boiling, and stirring.
Add starch and milk, and cook until thick. Cool down.
We form a cake, lubricating the cake with cream.
We put it in the refrigerator for several hours.
