cottage cheese – 250 g
milk -100 ml
vanillin, cinnamon to taste
Separate whites from yolks.
Beat cottage cheese with milk, bananas, spices, and yolks in a container with a submersible blender. The mass is obtained as thick sour cream.
Separately, beat egg whites to peaks.
Using the same whisk or spoon, fold the egg whites into the curd mass.
Put in a silicone mold and bake in an oven preheated to 160-170 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Cool completely, when serving, you can pour honey!
