How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms


Stuffed mushrooms are a classic appetizer that can be served on any occasion. Whether it’s a New Year’s party or a family dinner, everyone will love this simple appetizer


Ingredients :

25 pcs – large champignons
1 piece (large) – onions
200 gr – minced pork
20 gr – butter
80 gr – cream cheese
50 gr – cheddar
50 gr – parmesan
2 tbsp – breadcrumbs
1 piece – chicken egg
0.5 tsp – dried herbs
salt – to taste

Method :

Fry the diced onion in butter until it starts to turn golden and caramelize. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, then transfer to a separate plate

In the same frying pan, fry the minced meat, drain the fat, and place on a plate with the onions

Add cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, dried herbs, and salt

Mix the filling well and put it in the refrigerator while you remove the stems from the mushrooms

Fill each mushroom with the filling using a teaspoon and form a mound on top. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes

If desired, bake for the remaining few minutes at 220° to further brown the top

To serve, transfer the stuffed mushrooms to a serving platter and garnish with parsley
