Today I want to share a quick mini pizza recipe. According to the method of preparation, they are similar to pancakes, only with filling. In my opinion, this is a great alternative to a large pizza.
Kefir – 200 ml
Egg – 1 pc
Flour – ½ cup
Vegetable oil – 50 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Soda – ⅓ tsp
boiled sausage, tomato, cheese, tomato sauce
Pour kefir into the bowl, break the egg, add sugar and salt, and mix until smooth. Sift flour, add soda, and mix. Focus on the consistency of the dough, the amount of flour may vary, and the dough should turn out like pancakes. Add vegetable oil, and mix.
Prepare the filling: cut the sausage and tomato into half rings, and grate the cheese.
Pour the dough into small portions onto a dry, ungreased frying pan. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes. The cooking process is similar to cooking a pancake, when the top side of the cake becomes matte, you can turn it over.
Lubricate each tortilla with tomato sauce, distribute the sausage and tomato, and sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover again and cook over low heat for 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
