Ingredients :

6 pcs – Eggs
200 gr – Flour
3 tbsp – Cocoa powder
250 gr – Sugar
1 tsp – Baking powder
1 can of canned pineapples

For cream :

500 gr – Sour cream
150 gr – Powdered sugar

Method :

add cocoa powder and baking powder to the flour and mix well. We leave

Beat the eggs until fluffy, add sugar a little at a time. Beat eggs with sugar until foamy

Combine the egg and flour mixtures. Gently stir in all the flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 30-40 minutes. The oven must not be opened for the first 20 minutes. Check with a wooden skewer for readiness

Let the cake cool

Cut the cake into 3 pieces. We leave the first cake. We cut the remaining two into squares

Mix sour cream with powdered sugar

Leave some of the sour cream

Mix the biscuit squares with the main amount of cream

Soak the remaining whole cake with canned pineapple syrup, lay out the pineapple pieces, and cover with squares of cream

Then again pineapple and biscuit squares

Spread the remaining cream on top

Let sit for at least 3 hours
