Recently I cooked delicious, tasty, and completely satisfying potato rings fried in a pan. The whole family really liked these rings, they ate them like seeds. Rings made from mashed potatoes are very tasty and tender and can be served as an appetizer with your favorite sauce. The recipe is simple, but since potato rings are fried in oil, this dish is definitely not for every day.
450 gr – potatoes
1 head of garlic
1 tsp salt
40 gr – flour
100 ml water
40 gr – cornstarch
50 gr – green onion
boil the potatoes and mashed potatoes.
In butter, fry the garlic passed through the press, then add flour and fry, pour water, and collect the dough with a spatula.
We add it to the potatoes, and then all the other ingredients.
Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick, cut out rings, and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
