Ingredients:

100 gr – Sugar

2 tbsp – Lemon juice
7 – 8 tbsp – Corn starch
40 gr – Raisins

For deboning :

2 tbsp – Corn starch
2 tbsp – Powdered sugar
25 -18 – Mold size

Method:

Dilute cornstarch with water and stir until smooth

Grind the finished pumpkin into a puree in a blender. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and raisins. Heat the sugar over medium heat, stirring regularly, until it melts

Pour starch diluted with water into the pumpkin puree in a thin stream, stirring constantly

When the mass becomes thick and viscous, pour it into the mold. Let the dessert cool completely

Remove the cooled dessert from the mold and cut into pieces of any shape

Pieces of dessert can be rolled in powdered sugar and starch. But keep in mind that the dessert becomes moist over time
