Scrambled eggs with toast in the oven

Scrambled eggs

I simply complement the Scrambled eggs with pieces of bread and it turns out to be an unusual dish. The bread becomes incredibly crispy, and a familiar dish takes on a new taste. I also complement the eggs with two simple ingredients that give the dish a wonderful creamy taste. These scrambled eggs are very simple and easy to prepare. I serve it with fresh vegetables or vegetable salad

Ingredients :

6 pcs – chicken eggs (large)
100 gr – bread
30 gr – cheese (hard)
20 gr – butter
ground pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method :

Grease a small mold with butter and break the eggs

Add a little ground pepper and salt to the eggs

Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute it over the eggs

Grind the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top

For cooking, you can take any bread to your taste white bread, a loaf, a roll, or a baguette is best

Cut the bun into fairly large pieces and distribute them over the eggs and cheese. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 20 minutes (oven level 2 from the bottom). It took me 17 minutes

When baked, the butter soaks the eggs, the cheese melts and together they give a wonderful creamy taste. The bread becomes incredibly crispy. The yolk is firm. If we want to get a runny yolk, then we give it less time

Transfer scrambled eggs and croutons to plates and serve with fresh vegetables or vegetable salad. The croutons on the bottom are soaked in cheese and eggs, adding crunch and great flavor to a familiar dish
