Flour – 200 g
Butter – 100 g
Sugar – 200 g
Egg – 2 pcs.
Baking powder – 10 g
Homemade cottage cheese (or 9%) – 500 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
Condensed milk – 0.5 cans
Fatty sour cream – 4 tbsp. l.
Dark chocolate – 50 g
Mix 1: combine flour, 90 g sugar, baking powder, and butter, and knead everything into crumbs.
Mixture 2: eggs, cottage cheese, 105 g of sugar, vanilla sugar, combine and beat until smooth.
Cover the form (25 cm) with parchment paper, divide mixture 1 into 3 parts, and mixture 2 – into two parts. Spread in the form in turn, first the first mixture and finish with it.
Add raisins to the curd mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about an hour.
Combine sour cream with condensed milk. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Remove the finished cheesecake from the oven and pour over the filling (sour cream with condensed milk), pour chocolate on top, and draw patterns with a toothpick.
Allow the cheesecake to cool and put in the refrigerator, and only then take it out of the mold.
