POTATOES WITH CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS
Boil the potatoes in the skin, let cool, peel the skin, and cut them into halves.
Place the potato halves in a greased pan.
Finely chop the chicken and mushrooms, fry together with onions, then pour in a little cream and add spices.
We spread the mushrooms on the potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
