semolina, 150 g
fat cream or sour cream, 3.5 tbsp
eggs, 4 pcs
sugar, 150 g
flour, 150 g
vanillin to taste
baking powder, 1 tsp
vegetable oil, 3 tbsp
To make caramel, take :
sugar, 7 tbsp
water, 100 ml
You will also need white chocolate
Mix eggs with sugar and beat until sugar dissolves.
Add cream and vegetable oil, and beat until smooth.
We introduce semolina and sifted flour, and knead the dough.
Add vanillin and baking powder to taste, and knead.
We cover the form with parchment and lay out the dough.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes, check the readiness.
Cool down in shape.
Pour sugar into a frying pan and heat until caramel color, then pour water in parts and knead well with a spatula.
Drizzle with caramel and decorate with melted white chocolate.
When everything has hardened, take the cake out of the mold.
if you are tired of vanillin, then add lemon zest or cinnamon to the manna – it will be both tasty and fragrant. You can decorate the cake with any chocolate, not necessarily white.
