Best Eggless pie with cottage cheese

Ingredients :

250 gr – flour
1/2 tsp – Soda can be replaced with baking powder
A pinch of salt

Filling ingredients :

200 gr – cottage cheese 5-9% fat
100 gr – sour cream
120 gr – prunes
2-3 tbsp – crushed nuts
1/2 tbsp – potato starch

Method :

Immediately soak the prunes by pouring boiling water over them and during this time make a dough. To do this, grind softened butter with sugar and a pinch of salt. Add sifted flour with baking soda or baking powder. Knead into a soft, pliable dough with your hands

Place 2/3 of the dough into the pan and spread it over the entire surface so that the sides rise

Chop the soaked prunes. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, starch, and 2-3 tbsp

In the middle of the pie, sprinkle half of the prunes and nuts onto the dough. Spread half of the curd filling evenly. Take the dough out of the freezer and grate half, to sprinkle the cottage cheese. Then repeat – prunes, nuts, dough

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes

The finished pie should be allowed to cool completely and it is better to even cool it in the refrigerator, then the filling will become denser and it will be easier to cut. Prepare and help yourself to tea
