3 art. l. gelatin + 1 tbsp. water
0.5 l. sour cream + 1 tbsp. sugar + vanillin
kiwi (you can banana or strawberries)
Pour gelatin with water and set aside to swell gelatin. Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla (do not beat!). We put the gelatin on the fire and constantly stirred, heat without boiling. Then pour in a thin stream of sour cream, stirring constantly.
We put kiwi and pour the jelly mass. We put it in the fridge.
