Cheese roll with pate, a quick and easy recipe

Roll :

4 chicken eggs
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
300 g hard cheese

For the filling :

500 gr of liver
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
5 champignons
20 gr of butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt, and pepper to taste

Method :

Peel onions, carrots, and potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.

Slices of cleaned, rinsed, and prepared mushrooms are used.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and fry vegetables and mushrooms on it until cooked.

We clean the chicken liver from films and cut it into several parts. We add the liver to the frying pan vegetables and simmer for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and dried or fresh herbs and leave to cool.

Let’s start preparing the roll itself. Break the eggs into a bowl, and mix them with mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the egg mixture. We mix.

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Flatten the dough for the roll on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, grind vegetables and liver with a blender or food processor.

We put a layer of pate on the cheese omelet. Roll up into a roll and leave to cool.
