Ingredients :

Lavash – 100 g
Milk – 130 ml
Eggs – 2 pcs
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs
Cheese – 40 g
Green onion – a bunch
Salt
Pepper

Method :

For the pie, we need 100 g of pita bread. I roll the pita leaf into a tube and cut it into circles.

Sliced ​​pita bread is placed in a deep bowl. Lavash pours 130 ml of milk and adds 2 eggs there. Mix all this.

Next, cut into cubes 2 boiled eggs. Chop up a bunch of green onions. Grate 40 g of cheese.

Add all these ingredients to pita bread. A little salt and pepper. We mix everything well.

Grease a baking dish (I have 22×15) with vegetable oil. We shift the dough from pita bread into a mold and set it to bake in a preheated oven to 180 C for 20-25 minutes.

Lavash pie with egg and green onions is ready. Pie is a good breakfast or snack option.
