CHEESECAKE WITH MINT AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Green food coloring – 1 tsp
Cream cheese – 750 g
Milk – 1 tbsp. l.
Flour – 1 tsp
Mint cookies – 10 pcs.
Mint liqueur – 1 tbsp. l.
Oreo cookies – 15 pcs.
Condensed milk – 320 g
Butter (melted) – 5 tbsp. l.
Chocolate chips (for dough) – 1 cup
Chocolate chips (for glaze) – 0.5 cup
Mint extract – 1 tsp.
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Blend the mint and chocolate chip cookies in a food processor.
Add butter and beat more.
Put the morsels in a form (20 cm), lubed with oil, and gently press with your fingers. Set aside for now.
Whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, then eggs. Then add mint liqueur and mint extract. And for color – food coloring. In a different bowl, blend the chocolate chips (you can utilize extraordinary chocolate chips or simply break the chocolate bar into little pieces) and flour. Combine the chocolate chips with the green batter and pour it over the cookie base. You can embellish the top with extra chocolate pieces. Heat for an hour at 160 degrees.
In the meantime, soften the chocolate chips with milk in the microwave. Pour this frosting over the finished cheesecake.
