An amazing lavash pie with crab sticks
180 ml. milk
100 gr. cottage cheese
100 gr. cheese
Packing of crab sticks or meat 200 gr.
Salt a pinch
Cut pita bread into pieces or tear it with your hands. I cut first into strips, then the strips into squares. Move the completed parts of an enormous bowl.
We do the filling. Break 5 eggs and add 180 ml to them. milk. Salt and mix until smooth.
Pour pita bread with egg mixture.
Add 100 grams of cottage cheese and 100 grams of grated hard cheese to the pita bread filled with eggs. Cut the crab sticks into cubes and add to the same. Mix everything well.
Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil and put the resulting mixture on it. Flatten the top.
Put in a preheated broiler for about thirty minutes. The cake may be ready earlier, be guided by your oven.
You can also bake on the stove itself, only then do you have to turn the cake over to the other side with the help of a plate.
