an excellent and quick dinner
1 pc. Tomatoes
3-4 pcs Cucumbers
1–2 pcs Lettuce leaves Green onion
3 stalks of Parsley
3-4 sprigs of Olive oil
2 tbsp. Salt, pepper, spices – to taste
Wash the chicken fillet and all vegetables. Grind greens, and chop cucumbers and tomatoes arbitrarily.
Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Put lettuce leaves on a plate.
Spread chopped vegetables evenly on top.
Put the cooled chicken on the vegetables, and sprinkle with chopped
herbs. Serve the salad with olive oil after spreading it.
