Ingredients :

20 gr – butter
20 gr – sugar or powdered sugar
1 – egg
50 gr – sugar
10 gr – vanilla sugar
100 ml – milk
60 ml – vegetable oil
pinch of salt
170 gr – flour
8 gr – baking powder

Method :

Peel and cut the tangerines as in the photo. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add powdered sugar. Stir continuously until the powdered sugar melts into the butter. Place

the tangerines on the melted sugar and immediately turn off the heat. For this amount of tangerines, I took a frying pan with a diameter of 24 centimeters

Prepare the dough: to do this, break the egg and stir well with a whisk. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to it and stir everything well again. Pour in milk, and vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt, and whisk everything well again

Combine the mixture with the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. The dough should be a little thicker than for fluffy pancakes

Place the batter on the tangerines in the frying pan, smooth with a spatula, and cook, covered, over low/medium heat for about 15 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer or wooden toothpick

Turn the pie over using a plate and cook again, covered, for about 5-7 minutes

Delicious, aromatic tangerine pie is ready
