10 grams – baking powder
200 grams – flour

3 pieces – raw potatoes
Salt, pepper (to taste)
1 piece – onion

Optional for lubrication :

Yolk + 1 tbsp. to. Milk

Method :

Place the sour cream and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl, and immediately add the eggs and a pinch of salt. mix up

Add flour and baking powder. Mix again and the dough is ready

For the filling, I drain the liquid from the canned saury and grate the onion on a fine grater, you can chop it and mash it a little with a fork.

Also in my filling today there will be potatoes, I grate them on a fine grater, squeeze out the liquid well, salt and pepper

You can add greens

Grease a 26 cm diameter mold with butter and sprinkle with a little semolina

Pour half the dough

Fish. Fill with remaining dough

I always brush the jelly pancakes with the yolk + 1 tbsp milk but this is not necessary

Add sesame seeds if you like

Place it in the oven at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes

If the inside of the pie is still raw, but the top is already well browned, you need to reduce the oven temperature and cover the product with paper or foil.
